Price includes:

Kitchen with 2 hobs, fridge with freezer, microwaves oven and all the necessary for cooking. Consuption of water and electric energy, air conditionig, DTT TV, hair dryer, laundrymat, elevator, safety box, bycicles use , Solarium.

• Cats and dogs of small size are accepted.
• Kitchenette must be clean at the end of stay.
• Payments: 30% at the reservation and payoff at the delivery of keys.
• Arrive: Saturday/sundays or according to agreements from  15,00
• Departure: Saturday/sundays before 09,00
• Final cleaning required: Euro 50,00
• Extra charge for cleaning after a stay with pets: Euro 70,00
• Extra charge for a terrace of about 15 sq.m.: Euro 57,00
• Extra charge for sea view: Euro 70,00
• Extra charge for superior two roomed flat with a kitchen of 20 sq.m.: Euro 150,00 per week
• Added bed: Euro 10,00 per day
• Car place inside the garage underneath the residence: Euro 70,00 per week
• Parking agreement distant 2Km. from the residence, served by a free shuttle at Euro 35,00 for week, we accept 1 car for every apartement, second car only on reservation at Euro 10,00 per day.
• Camping bed with linen: Euro 35,00 per week
• Bed and bath linens, if requested, Euro 50,00 per week
